If you don’t feel comfortable going to family gatherings or getting together with friends, that is completely okay. Try your best to communicate this with your loved ones. The last thing you want, is to go somewhere because you feel pressured to, and then have anxiety about it afterwards when you begin to wonder if you were exposed to / exposed someone else to the virus unknowingly. Your true friends, and those who truly love you, will support your decision in this difficult time and want the best for you.
